Returns - Are returns free?

No, you have to pay for the returns. You will only get the refund for the products 

- How can I return my products?
You can send your returned products to this address: PO Box 5545, 4801DZ Breda. Please note our company name: 'OfficialSeason' and the address on your return package.

- What should you do if your product is damaged?
Unfortunately, it happens that the clothing you order is damaged. Of course we will solve this for you. Send us 3 photos of the damage and the location of the damage where you can send it to: officialseason2022@outlook.com Be careful and send the photo within 3 working days. 

- What is the return policy? Our returns policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The clothing must be sent to us unworn and unwashed. the clothing must be suitable for resale. You must put the clothes in the box the products came in when you received them. If you buy a product on sale, you will get back the amount you pay for it.
